Fusible woven interfacing for bag making! Hand selected by 2 Minutes 2 Stitch is the 2M2S Interfacing available in two weights and 43 inches in width. That's double the width of the leading brand!

*Width: 43 inches, sold by the yard (36 inches)

*To adhere: For best results use heat press at 300 degrees for 10 seconds, flip fabric piece over and repeat. Or use domestic iron on highest settings, dry heat. Press for 15 seconds, flip fabric piece over and repeat until well fused. Maximum fusing temperature should not go above 315 degrees Fahrenheit.

***Please note: Domestic irons maximum temperatures vary greatly between brands and models and some may require more pressing time.

-Lining Weight:
Great for bag linings, pocket linings, and heavier fabrics that need just a little extra stabilization. Heavier than the leading commercial brand.

-Exterior Weight:
Heavier than our lining weight. Use on cotton woven and light weight fabrics to give you that nice body needed for exterior bag fabric. Also great for straps!

Yardage will be cut directly from the bolt in a continuous piece up to 6 yards. See chart below for orders greater than 6 yards.

Cutting:
6-12 yards: Two pieces
13-15 yards: Three pieces
Greater than 15 yards: In 3-6 yard increments depending on what makes the most sense for cutting, folding, and fitting into shipping container.

This was my first time using this interfacing, which is very similar to a commonly used name-brand in the industry that I think we are all familiar with. I like this better, in part, because it works just as well; I do feel it's a little thicker than the name brand and most importantly, because it is far more affordable and offers a much wider width. My only disappointment (and this is nothing against the shop, just luck of the draw), about a week after I placed what for me is a large order, it went on sale for a much greater percentage off than what I had purchased it for. Oh well. It is still a great price. I did request the seller send in a continuous piece, and she did exactly that. I think I need to learn her folding techniques - it arrived absolutely perfectly folded.

I finally had a chance to use this when I made a recent handbag. I am accustomed to using a well-known brand name and will say this is a bit thicker than that brand, which I love given I used it on the exterior of my bag. I will say it holds fairly well after ironing on, but did lift at the corners after awhile. I used it on leather, though, and I have this same issue when using the name-brand. It is not really a problem for me as it tends to get sewn in as well. It did not happen on smaller pieces; more so the larger pieces, but again, not a problem. I did not have this issue using it on non-leather pieces. I did reach out to the seller prior to my purchase, asking if she could cut a continuous piece of the 6 yards I was buying, and it came just as requested. Very pleased overall. Love the large width as well.

The fusible woven cotton interfacing is going to work perfectly with my coat project.

Just what I needed for future crafts

This is my favorite interfacing for sure! Always great quality and fast shipping. Thanks so much
